脫硫設(shè)備在運行過程中，如果操作不當，不注意維護保養(yǎng)，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)脫硫塔內(nèi)結(jié)垢、管道堵塞、機械密封損壞等各種問題，下面對脫硫設(shè)備的操作規(guī)程及維護保養(yǎng)注意事項做簡要概述。

脫硫除塵裝置在運行時需要對各個組件進行檢查。

（1）檢查脫硫裝置，排污口要關(guān)閉，不可無水運行，不得漏風(fēng)，以防無法閉縫運行。

（2）鍋爐點火前把水池放滿水，檢查水泵是否正轉(zhuǎn)，確認無誤后，點火前開啟水泵或自來水閥門，保證脫硫塔內(nèi)有水，以防玻璃鱗片被煙氣燒壞。

（4）鍋爐點火的同時，開啟脫硫泵，防治脫水系統(tǒng)阻塞導(dǎo)致塔體的損壞。

（5）確保脫硫液PH值≥12時才能達到脫硫效果。

（6）脫硫設(shè)備采用的循環(huán)水清潔度要在90%以上，否則會沖刷脫硫塔體，造成設(shè)備損壞。

（7）循環(huán)檢查裝置，觀察流水情況。引風(fēng)機不可帶水，如引風(fēng)機帶水要立即降低除塵內(nèi)水位。

停車時的維護保養(yǎng)
Maintenance when parking
（1）短時間減量或切氣，脫硫系統(tǒng)不必停車，可根據(jù)時間長短適當減量，或保持原狀。否則吸收再生液量減少后，一旦加量有時難以保證脫硫效果。
(1) The desulfurization system doesn't need to be shut down for short time reduction or gas cutting, but can be reduced appropriately according to the length of time or kept in the original state. Otherwise, once the amount of regeneration liquid is reduced, it is difficult to ensure the desulfurization effect.
（2）長時間停車，要關(guān)閉脫硫泵、沖洗泵出口閥門，停泵，關(guān)入口閥門，從泵導(dǎo)淋排液，切斷上述泵的電源，并定期盤車，將溶液分別存放在三個槽內(nèi)，并檢查有無泄漏的地方。冬季要做好保溫，少排導(dǎo)淋，防凍堵。
(2) Shut down the outlet valve of desulfurization pump and flushing pump for a long time, shut down the pump, close the inlet valve, drain the liquid from the pump, cut off the power supply of the above pump, turn the gear regularly, store the solution in three tanks respectively, and check for leakage.
