1、起吊和運輸時，起吊附件能保證吊件的支撐。提升泵電機底座應(yīng)從泵和電機或底座的下部提升。提升單個泵應(yīng)從泵進口法蘭和支架上的吊環(huán)螺栓處提升。

3、基礎(chǔ)驗收及處理，根據(jù)沼氣脫硫系統(tǒng)中水泵安裝圖對基礎(chǔ)的尺寸和位置進行復(fù)檢檢查；混凝土基礎(chǔ)具有足夠的強度，以確保安*并按照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行安裝。混凝清理，表面不得有油污或松散層。放置墊片的基礎(chǔ)表面應(yīng)平整。
3. Foundation acceptance and treatment: recheck the size and position of the foundation according to the installation drawing of the water pump in the biogas desulfurization system; The concrete foundation shall have sufficient strength to ensure safety * and be installed in accordance with relevant standards. 4、整機就位、整平、灌漿，泵一般采用二次灌漿對基礎(chǔ)預(yù)留洞進行整平。將地腳螺栓插入泵座的螺栓孔，裝上墊圈，擰上螺母。對基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓預(yù)留孔進行灌漿，待混凝土凝固后擰緊地腳螺栓上的螺母，檢查標(biāo)高并校正，用無收縮水泥砂漿對泵底座進行二次灌漿，并用混凝土填充底座下方的空間，確保無氣孔。焊接底座應(yīng)澆注在槽鋼底座的上表面。安裝電機后，進行校正。
4. The whole machine is in place, leveled and grouted. The pump generally adopts secondary grouting to level the reserved hole of the foundation. Insert the anchor bolt into the bolt hole of the pump base, install the washer and screw the nut. Grout the reserved holes of foundation anchor bolts, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts after the concrete is solidified, check the elevation and correct it, use non shrinkage cement mortar to conduct secondary grouting on the pump base, and fill the space under the base with concrete to ensure that there are no pores. The welded base shall be cast on the upper surface of the channel steel base. After installing the motor, correct it.
