The main source of hydrogen sulfide in biogas is the decomposition of sulfur-containing organic compounds during anaerobic fermentation. Hydrogen sulfide has a strong pungent odor and is chemically active. It can undergo chemical reactions with metals to generate metal sulfides, causing corrosion in biogas transmission pipelines, storage equipment, and utilization equipment (such as biogas generators, biogas boilers, etc.), shortening equipment service life, and increasing maintenance costs. For example, in biogas power plants, desulfurized biogas can cause rapid corrosion of components such as spark plugs and cylinders of the generator, seriously affecting power generation efficiency and equipment stability. At the same time, hydrogen sulfide emissions into the atmosphere can form acid rain, causing damage to the ecological environment, and its toxicity can also pose serious hazards to the respiratory systems of surrounding residents.

為解決這一問題,人們研發(fā)了多種沼氣脫硫方法。常見的有干法脫硫、濕法脫硫和生物脫硫。干法脫硫是較為傳統(tǒng)且應(yīng)用廣泛的方法,通常采用氧化鐵等脫硫劑。脫硫劑填充在脫硫塔內(nèi),當(dāng)沼氣通過脫硫塔時,硫化氫與脫硫劑中的活性成分發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),生成硫化物被固定在脫硫劑表面,從而達到脫硫目的。這種方法設(shè)備簡單、操作方便,適用于硫化氫含量較低、氣量較小的沼氣工程。例如一些農(nóng)村戶用沼氣池,多采用干法脫硫,能有效去除沼氣中的硫化氫,保障農(nóng)戶安全使用沼氣進行炊事等活動。

To solve this problem, various methods of biogas desulfurization have been developed. Common methods include dry desulfurization, wet desulfurization, and biological desulfurization. Dry desulfurization is a traditional and widely used method, usually using desulfurizers such as iron oxide. The desulfurizer is filled in the desulfurization tower. When biogas passes through the desulfurization tower, hydrogen sulfide reacts chemically with the active components in the desulfurizer, generating sulfides that are fixed on the surface of the desulfurizer, thus achieving the purpose of desulfurization. This method has simple equipment and easy operation, and is suitable for biogas projects with low hydrogen sulfide content and small gas volume. For example, some rural households use biogas digesters, which often use dry desulfurization to effectively remove hydrogen sulfide from biogas and ensure the safe use of biogas for cooking and other activities.

濕法脫硫則借助液體脫硫劑來吸收沼氣中的硫化氫。在吸收塔內(nèi),沼氣與噴淋而下的脫硫劑溶液充分接觸,硫化氫被溶液吸收。吸收后的溶液經(jīng)過再生處理,可循環(huán)使用。濕法脫硫效率高,能處理硫化氫含量較高、氣量大的沼氣,常用于大型沼氣工程,如城市污水處理廠的沼氣回收系統(tǒng)。

Wet desulfurization utilizes liquid desulfurizers to absorb hydrogen sulfide from biogas. In the absorption tower, biogas comes into full contact with the desulfurizer solution sprayed down, and hydrogen sulfide is absorbed by the solution. The absorbed solution can be recycled after regeneration treatment. Wet desulfurization has high efficiency and can treat biogas with high hydrogen sulfide content and large gas volume. It is commonly used in large-scale biogas projects, such as the biogas recovery system in urban sewage treatment plants.
